How do I record a dream?
Navigate to the "Dream Diary" tab and tap the "+" button. You can then write down your dream details, add tags, and rate its lucidity and clarity.
Where is my data stored?
Your privacy is our top priority. All your data is stored securely on your device and, if you choose, synced privately across your devices using your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your entries.
How do the reality check reminders work?
In the "Reminders" tab, you can set up notifications that will prompt you throughout the day to perform a "reality check." This is a key technique to build awareness and increase your chances of becoming lucid in a dream.
